Stacking the Shelves (4) ~ Eight is a Great Number, Isn't It?

This is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews where we share what books we have recently added to our physical or virtual shelves.

I'll be doing this meme every first and third Saturday or every first/last Saturday of each month. It just depends on how busy I am.

What did I add to my library this week?

I . . . got a lot more books this last week than I should have (translation: I splurged on ebooks).

Bought to feed my kindle
The Madman's Daughter by Megan Shepherd
Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier
The Liberator by Victoria Scott
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas
Pantomime by Laura Lam

Library
How to Read Like a Professor: A Lively and Entertaining Guide to Reading Between the Lines by Thomas C. Foster (required for my AP Literature class)
Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

I just started Ender's Game and I read my required book every day in class. As for the other books, I won't be able to get to any of them for a bit, but The Liberator and Throne of Glass are definitely high up on my TBR.

What books did you get this week?

  2. Looks like a great haul! That's one thing I don't miss about school-all the required reading getting in the way of my personal reading.

    1. Actually, I usually like the required reading. My AP Lit book is proving to be pretty useful, and I'm only thirty pages into it.
