Stacking the Shelves (38) ~ A Two Week Haul

This is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews where we share what books we have recently added to our physical or virtual shelves. I like to use the meme to also give a recap of the week's posts.
(Click on the covers to go to Goodreads.)

I forgot to post my haul last week, so I'm including all the books I got in the past two weeks for this post!

Got From Amazon

Thank you to Jessica Harvey, Christina Lee, Ashley at Books by Migs, Karen Amanda Hooper, and TeamNerd Reviews for the ebooks and giveaways!

These are all giveaway wins! Thank you to Danielle @ Love At First Page for The Dream Thieves, Lani Woodland for the gift card, Gretchen McNeil and Carmel and Kyla for the Get Even swag pack, and Kelan O'Connell and Diverse Book Tours for Delta Legend and the swag!
I'm just going to highlight some of the posts for this month so far. I've posted reviews for Of Scars and Stardust, Rites of Passage, The Vault of Dreamers, The Innocent Assassins, and Lailah. I shared pictures of Fangirl, Open Road Summer, and The Dream Thieves for the latest Books Worth Staring At post. Since my September Romance TBR Jar poll ended at the end of last month, I announced the winning book and posted the next poll in this post!

Also, I announced some changes to my giveaway policy and my approach towards commenting back. Basically, giveaway only social media accounts are disqualified for my giveaways and I won't be pressuring myself to comment back on every single comment left on my posts. You can read why I decided to make these changes in detail here.

Ugh. I haven't been reading very much this month and I don't like it. I've been reading Abhorsen and Afterworlds for quite awhile and I think they're slowing me down. (I may end up DNFing Afterworlds just because I'm not in the mood to read it.) There are still quite a few of September releases that I haven't gotten to and more than twice that many October releases waiting to be read. I have a lot of catching up to do. . . .

Life is okay. I really like the college classes I started and I'm not too busy yet. It's been nice seeing friends again, since I didn't get out of the house much this summer. I even ran into a friend that I had even seen once since she graduated in 2013.☺

That's it for me this week! How about you? How has your week been?
